Geoff joined a large agricultural engineering company in 1976 to complete a five - year apprenticeship in agricultural engineering. Joined Lely in 1982 to work in both the parts sales office and agricultural sales office before being appointed to area sales manager for East Anglia, a position that Geoff held for 15 years. Geoff has gained considerable experience in all products sold by Lely (UK) and has been national agricultural sales manager for over six years. |

Tim has been connected with farming in South West all his life and qualified with an O.N.D. in farm mechanisation. He obtained an HGV licence and demonstrated the full range of British Lely machines for 9 years, then transferring to Lely (UK) and continued as a demonstrator for another 4 years. Promoted to area Manager for the South West of England in 1990 and Tim is fully competent to demonstrate and advise on all products sold by Lely (UK). |

Born in Scotland in a farming environment and moved to Ipswich to complete an agricultural apprenticeship with Ransomes. Then worked for Webbs, Vicon and Armer Salmon in various positions. Joined Lely in 1979 as area manager for Midlands, North Wales and later Norfolk. Stuart has spent all his working life with agricultural machinery and therefore has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and willing to share this to ensure you get the best service from Lely (UK). |

Born and bred in the East Riding of Yorkshire, an apprentice trained workshop engineer to city and guilds standard. Worked as service engineer for Horstine Farmery for 5 years, service engineer with Howard / Farmhand for 6 years then area sales manager 7 years, then as area sales manager for T C Vermeer for 5 years. Joined Lely in 1992 as product specialist on round balers then promoted to area sales manager for North of England, Peter has considerable experience in all Lely (UK) products in particular balers. |

To accommodate LELY UK's expanding business requirements, PAUL WARNER haswas promoted to the new role of Area Sales Manager covering Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and Sussex. This appointment brings the total of Area Managers covering LELY's UK regions to six. Based in Downham Market, Norfolk, Paul has spent the last 3 years as a key member of the LELY national demonstration team exhibiting their range of agricultural products to dealers, farmers and contractors around the country. Prior to this, Paul began his working life within the agricultural industry, gaining career experiences in both service and sales. LELY UK has been enjoying successful sales for over 2 years, bucking the downward trend of agricultural machinery sales. |

Brought up in East Anglia, Mike served a full agricultural engineering apprenticeship with a local dealer before attending Rycotewood College to complete 1,2 and 3 City and Guilds for agricultural engineering technicians. Joined Lely in 1981 as sales office assistant becoming sales office manager for seven years. Appointed area manager for Central England, West Midlands and South Wales in 1991 and has gained considerable experience and knowledge to be able to advise and demonstrate all products sold by Lely. |

Alan'smain responsibility is to promote the extensive range of agricultural products throughout Scotland. These include LELY grassland machinery, WELGER balers, SGARIBOLDI diet feeders and GOWEIL bale wrappers. Working hard as a farm foreman for 21 years before spending 5 years with the John Deere dealer Earnvale Tractors, Alan is well deserving of this LELY position to further his agricultural career. When time permits, his hobbies include walking, cycling and motor sport. This year's Highland Show was one of the first LELY highlights for Alan, who felt quite at home meeting new contacts and visitors to the stand. Alan's understanding of Scottish farming conditions will also be appreciated. Alan Stephen covers all areas of Scotland down to Glasgow and Edinburgh. |
