    Before the robot becomes operational, we help you choose a level of support that suits your needs and business goals. While our Lely Center technicians assist in preparing your farm for automatic milking from a technical perspective.

  • During

    A specialized team installs your automatic systems. This occurs in accordance with a pre-established structured plan. They work closely with their colleagues from Farm Management Support to ensure a smooth transition for you and your herd.

  • Product lifecycle support

    After installation and start-up, you can continue to rely on your Lely Center for questions on usage and technical optimization during the full lifecycle of your robot. While the system is in operation, we frequently visit your farm to help you enable the optimal performance of your system.

Levels

Lely’s Service Agreement

Farms, farmers, and business objectives vary. Based on your specific needs and goals, our Lely Centers provide different levels of service support, offered in packages: Maintained, Covered, Complete and Assured. These range from options for farmers who prefer handling most tasks themselves to those seeking comprehensive risk coverage.

Level 1 ensures a well-maintained robotic system. Preventive maintenance and parts reduce the risk of unexpected failures.

Level 2 includes preventive and corrective maintenance during business hours, with original spare parts, and gives you control over costs.

Level 3 includes preventive and 24/7 corrective maintenance, with original spare parts. “I have the assurance of immediate assistance in case of a breakdown”. 

Level 4 includes preventive and 24/7 corrective maintenance, with original spare parts and backup hardware to ensure continuous production.
