The Lely Campus in Maassluis
The Lely Campus - our headquarters - is located in Maassluis, South Holland. On January 30, 2014, HRH Queen Máxima opened the Campus. Soon the Lely Campus became too small for the growth in both production of the robots and the number of employees. Therefore, the Lely Campus doubled in size: both the production facility and the office space. Our renovated headquarters was opened by HRH King Willem Alexander on June 30, 2022. Did you know that the new part of our campus uses no gas. In addition, there are thousands of solar panels.
Since the opening of the Lely Campus in 2014, production and headquarters are combined within one building. Sustainability and innovation were the guiding design principles for the development and construction of the complex. The entire building is BREAAM certified, making it one of the most sustainable office buildings in Europe. Moreover, it is a “SMART” building. Many sensors collect data on the use of the property which helps to manage the building efficiently.


FitatLely
#FitatLely
We believe in getting every Lely employee future fit, physically & mentally. The #FitatLely programme helps you with this! It is the way to work on your energy and health at your own pace and level. This is about balance, doing things you enjoy that creates physical and mental fitness.
Lely Gym
In the #FitatLely programme, we focus on the pillars of Body, Mind, and Food. At the Lely Campus in Maassluis, a gym is available for all Lely employees. The gym is open on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. In addition to using the fitness equipment, you can also join the group classes, including Yoga, Spinning, and Bootcamp.
Lely Campus Sportpark
Whether you’re into padel, football, volleyball, running, or outdoor strength training, Lely Campus Sportpark offers a wide range of facilities to help you stay active. With dedicated spaces for each sport, you can enjoy exercising in the fresh air. Get ready to move!

Onboarding
At Lely we believe it’s important that you feel welcome and valued from your very first day with us. That is why we organise a two-day onboarding program for new starters to get to know your colleagues and to fully inform you about our company. Plus, you will learn more about our mission, vision and values. This will help you to successfully start your role. After these 2 days you’re ready to kickstart your career at Lely! Within the Netherlands we have 2 Lely Owned Lely Centers, new employees of these centers are also participating in the onboarding. Because all new employees participate in the onboarding you will already learn more about the variety/diversity within Lely.
Lely is a global organisation, active in more than 50 markets. For our international employees we started an international onboarding, this is an online onboarding but with the same amount of knowledge and fun! At Lely we welcome a lot of interns every year. We find it important to tell them more about Lely but also to make sure that they get to know eachother and have a good time. That is why we designed an internship program. Interns have their own onboarding and after that have regular excursions and activities to get the most out of their internship at Lely.
