Our department supports dairy farmers by being involved in barn design and continuously innovating within the dairy industry. Many of our colleagues have farming backgrounds, providing the team with a lot of knowledge. We constantly engage with farmers to ensure our customers are satisfied and that new products meet the needs of both farmers and cows. Acting as a link between the field and the rest of Lely's headquarters, we gather customer feedback to improve our products. Additionally, we support international clusters and centers in more than 50 countries to implement our innovations globally. With our advice, we help farmers achieve a sustainable, profitable, and enjoyable future.
