First day @Lely
If your first day is at the Lely Campus in Maassluis and you arrive by car, you can park your car at the visitor's parking. Your manager and colleagues will show you around and you will pick up your IT equipment and access badge. It's possible that your first day is also the first day of our 2-day onboarding program. If not, you’ll receive the invite shortly.

We organise a two-day program for new starters to get to know your colleagues and to fully inform you about our company. You’re now ready to kickstart your career at Lely! Plus, you will learn more about our mission, vision and values. This will help you to successfully start your role.

Onboarding continues
After the first days
After the onboarding program, you will receive an email with relevant information you need to know about working at Lely. In your first months you’ll also be onboarded in our Performance & Development. Stay tuned. Of course you’ll also receive an onboarding in your team and department, organized by your manager and team.

During your internship at Lely we organize several internship events. With these events you will get to know other interns but you will also learn more about Lely as an organization.
