Your role:
The Proposition Management department aligns the entire product portfolio with market needs, acting as a vital link between the distribution channel, support departments, and R&D.
As a Commercial Product Specialist Manure, you’ll join an international team passionate about the Lely Manure portfolio, which includes the Lely Sphere and the Lely Discovery Collector. You will connect the cow, the farmer, and the solution—ensuring commercial goals are achieved in collaboration with the Product Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Engage in the entire product lifecycle: from identifying market and customer needs to defining development assignments and launching new products.
- Contribute to development assignments and support with product phase-in and phase-out processes.
- Provide active commercial and training support to our global organization.
- Collaborate with the sales organization to develop both online and offline sales support materials.
- Develop and deliver online and offline trainings in cooperation with our Learning Specialists to strengthen product knowledge.
Wat is jouw ervaring?
- A completed bachelor’s degree in a commercial or business-related field, with relevant experience gained in a comparable role where you worked in a project-based manner. Affinity with international dairy farming and a keen interest in technology is an advantage.
- Commercially minded: able to engage effectively with people in an international setting, persuasive, and strong in written communication.
- Communicative: you are able to communicate clearly and effectively, skilled in stakeholder management, which enables you to view matters from another’s perspective while also not being afraid to say no when necessary. In addition to fluent English, you preferably speak a second European language.
- Enjoys working with various IT support tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, Salesforce, and Showpad, and knows how to leverage these in developing sales materials.
- Independent and result-oriented, with a positive mindset and the ability to plan ahead. Open to feedback and sees it as an opportunity to improve. Reliable, tolerant, and determined are characteristics that describe you well.
- Currently living in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
