Product Owner Compass
Wat is jouw rol?
For our Compass project, we are looking for a driven Product Owner to join three multidisciplinary Scrum teams. Compass focuses on improving our way of working, phasing out outdated applications, and optimizing the services of Lely Centers to farmers. We work according to the agile methodology with a central backlog and prioritize an efficient, customer-oriented approach.
As a Product Owner, you are responsible for defining and prioritizing the backlog and working closely with the project manager to deploy the right resources. You have substantive responsibility and ensure that all stakeholders are heard. You contribute to the development of the product vision and work with best practices to improve our processes and increase customer satisfaction.
Project Goals:
- Improve insight and control in both local and global sales, service planning, and finances.
- Lely Centers benefit from the best practices and secure tools that comply with regulations.
- Save costs by reducing manual work through standardizing and automating processes.
Wat is jouw ervaring?
We are looking for a Product Owner with experience in a hybrid work environment, where both project-based and Agile work is done. You are a self-starter and able to engage various stakeholders in realizing the Product Roadmap. You have experience managing a Product Backlog and can prioritize and convince at both operational and board levels.
Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following skills and competencies:
- At least three years of experience as a Product Owner.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong customer-oriented focus.
- Demonstrate leadership and ownership over your product and team.
- The courage to set priorities, communicate them, and bear the consequences for (the interests of) stakeholders.
- Experience with international stakeholder management.
- Social skills to connect, listen, and align with stakeholders.
- Express a vision in a product vision, be able to communicate it, and base choices on it.
- Weigh long-term interests versus short-term gains.
