Our technicians, with specialized training, field experience, and often an agricultural background, understand the needs of your farm. Working locally, they know your equipment and can quickly address any issues, making them trusted partners you can rely on.

A service product tailored to your needs
Farms, farmers, and business objectives vary. Based on your specific needs and goals, we provide different levels of service support, offered in packages: Maintained, Covered, Complete and Assured. These range from options for farmers who prefer handling most tasks themselves to those seeking comprehensive risk coverage.
Level 1: Maintained
“Maintained” is focused on periodic maintenance of your Lely robots. Including software updates and wearparts during servicing. You will have free access to the helpdesk 5 days a week during regular office hours.
Level 2: Covered
In addition to the coverage in level 1 “Maintained”, TSS level 2 “Covered” includes repairs and the parts needed for those repairs performed by the service technician free of charge during office hours. You will also benefit from reduced rates for our consumables and wearparts portfolio.
Level 3: Complete
Technical support whenever you need it: TSS level 3 “Complete” offers free of charge support during and outside office hours. Assuring you that any problem or mechanical failure can be resolved quickly.
Level 4: Assured
At level 4 “Assured” we adopt an ownership mindset regarding the performance of your systems, focusing on maximizing your uptime. The package also includes loaner equipment to ensure continuous operation. t e.g. compressor, PC desktop, MQC-C, Stream Cleaner, etc.

How Technical Service Support works
Before installation
Before the robot becomes operational, we assist you in preparing your farm for automatic milking from a technical perspective.

During operation
During the installation, we work closely with our colleagues from Farm Management Support. They provide us with advice and training on using robots and management systems.

Periodic check-up
After installation and start-up, you can continue to rely on us for questions on usage and technical optimisation. While the system is in operation, we pay regular visits to your farm for preventive maintenance.
