Lely appoints two new members to its Supervisory Board
Lely is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Poliner and Susana Gonzalez to its Supervisory Board, effective 1 April 2026 for a term of four years. Their appointments follow an international search that was initiated after Lisbet Thyge Frandsen stepped down from the Supervisory Board per 1 October 2025 for health reasons.

Lely reports 2025 financial results: a formidable year
Today, Lely presents its annual results for 2025. Innovative products and services, combined with high customer satisfaction have led to sales of €1,014 million (2024: €857 million).
The growth of 18% was furthermore driven by a positive market environment with strong average milk prices, and robust demand. Lely’s robots and data clearly add value to farmers to achieve a more sustainable, profitable and enjoyable future in farming.

Lely and Grassa have officially joined forces through a cooperation agreement that marks a significant step forward in sustainable agriculture. At the heart of this partnership lies a shared ambition: to unlock the full potential of grass. Lisbet Thyge Frandsen steps down from Supervisory Board
It is with regret to announce that our valued member of the Supervisory Board (SVB), Lisbet Thyge Frandsen, has decided to step down from her role in the SVB per 1 October 2025. The shareholders together with the Supervisory Board will start the search for a new candidate to ensure the Supervisory Board can continue to function at full strength.

Lely Sphere offers Flemish dairy farmers sustainable outlooks for the future
Lely Sphere has been officially admitted to the AER list: the list of ammonia emission-reducing technologies for Flemish dairy farmers. The decision of the Flemish government was announced yesterday. Lely pledges 5% of annual profit to recently launched Van der Lely Foundation
Today, the Van der Lely Foundation was launched during a festive event at the Lely Campus. The foundation has been set up to support various social causes both in the Netherlands and abroad. To mark the launch, Lely announced that it will pledge 5% of its annual profit to support the foundation. This profit pledge will contribute to realising Lely’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) ambitions and commitments as embedded in the company’s strategy.

Future-proof automatic milking solutions and digital resilience on-farm
Today at the Future Farm Days, Lely proudly launched three exciting solutions. Both Astronaut A5 Next and Astronaut Max build on the success of the Astronaut A5 milking robot. Next to that, Lely Hub was introduced: an essential data safety device for farmers.
